Bathroom Remodel in Lynnwood, WA
Shower-to-Closet Conversion & Tub-to-Walk-In Shower
Elevated Renovations Inc recently completed a full bathroom remodel for a homeowner in Lynnwood, WA. The project solved two problems at once: an extra shower that wasn't being used became a built-in closet with shelves and robe hooks, and the old bathtub was converted into a modern walk-in shower.
The result is a bathroom that works better every day — more storage, easier access, and a cleaner, more open layout built around how the homeowner actually uses the space.

Project Overview
The homeowner wanted a bathroom that made better use of its space. Instead of patching a few things, we reworked the whole room — turning an unused shower into storage and replacing the old tub with a walk-in shower.

What We Did
Here's how we transformed this Lynnwood bathroom, step by step:
Shower-to-Closet Conversion
We removed the existing shower and turned the space into a built-in closet. New shelves hold towels, toiletries and supplies, and robe hooks keep everyday items within easy reach.
Tub-to-Walk-In Shower Conversion
The old bathtub came out and a walk-in shower went in its place. With no tub wall to step over, it's easier and safer to get in and out — an upgrade that works for every age.
A Full Bathroom Remodel
Alongside the two conversions, we remodeled the rest of the bathroom so the whole room looks and works like one finished space — not a patchwork of old and new.
Custom Vanity
We added a custom vanity made to fit this bathroom's space and style — not an off-the-shelf unit — so it ties the whole room together and gives the homeowner the counter space and storage they need.
Why Convert a Tub to a Walk-In Shower?
Many homeowners rarely use their tub. A walk-in shower makes better use of the same footprint, is easier to clean, and makes it easier to stay in your home for years to come.
